What will be the maximum consequences if a CA final /IPCC student has written this may 18 exam with BLUE PEN? Is BLACK PEN Compulsory? What if ICAI doesn't check the paper itself because I heard it was made compulsory?
Thanks for your quick reply Shubham Ji.. SOO u mean to say just because of ignorance student has written this may 18 exam with BLUE PEN and his paper will not be checked at all.. It is as if student has not yet all written the exam. SOO he will have to appear in the exam again because he wrote with blue pen.? How on earth can icai take such decision?
yes icai may oversee the mistake also committed by student.... but u never i knw....i just pray icai checks his paper and do not disqualify him... as writing om 786 and all is prohibited with special clear instruction and the same is the case with black ink...
It will be 1st case after icai notification of make it compulsary to write exam with black pen only.Now it will depend on icai whether institute disqualify him or withheld result.
Don't worry bro... Nothing will happen... Last attempt came notification... Many students wrote exams with blue pen.... Nothing will happen... So don't worry... But make sure from next paper u use black pen only.... Icai never gonna withheld ur results on such silly mistakes.... But i wonder why students till now didn't aware of that notification.... As everyone should be aware by their friends... Their teachers.... One person known then in his circle everyone know.... Youtu.be video also available... Neeraj arora sir also posted that... Still not students didn't aware of that... And they even don't read admit card instructions also... In instruction also given use black pen only.... Plz check regularly icai website for every updates
