Black money? (knowledge purpose)

if I want to pay anyamount in black ...can I withdraw from bank and pay to the other person..is there any problem if we do this? as spending the amount which I withdraw is my right spend and will dept has right to question?if they ask I reply that I made random donations to someone people where I don't have receipt..? is there any problem??
