I want to know whether "Bitcoin" Transactions (payments) are allowed by RBI or any other Agency like ED.
I have read that Supreme court has lifted ban on cryptocurrency. I would like to know whether payment made in bitcoins is legitimate or not . One of my customer has to make payment to his suppliering BTC. He want to know whether such transaction will attract RBI or ED attention. Here amount is onl $300 . He has done KYC by the exchange and buying will be done using netbanking so buying part is safe. However Identity of receiver is unknown .
