Yes the answer is Dec 31st
The day he said to be 25yrs old is dec30th
On dec31st,he becomes 26yrs old
The day he was asked will be jan 1st next year of such birthday.In this year at dec31st he will become 27yrs old
In the next year to the year he was asked, at dec31st he will become 28yrs old.
