Bio-Fertilizers are made of animals (micro-organisms) and hence covered within the standard descriptttion of the HSN Code 3108 (GST 12%) Product Descriptttion: Insecticides, rodenticides, fungicides, herbicides, anti- sprouting products and plant- growth regulators, disinfectants and similar products, put up in forms or packings for retail sale or aspreparations or articles (for example, sulphur-treated bands,wicks and candles, and fly- papers)
