I have delivered a product on April'2016. Can I issue a invoice on December'2018?

Why such you want to raise Invoice? Type of product?

Why are issuing the invoice on dec18 which is post dated.

You need to charge GST on the same, and will be treated as supply made today.

Yes, you can issue invoice on later date.
But according to act, invoice should be raised at the time of movement of goods.
