Dear Sir, I Need your assistance in one of my case. first off all kindly let me know whether the service tax is applicable on such job work or not. and second is that is there any limit for making a job work bill on one client because we have only one client of which we are doing all computerized embroidery job work for whole year and few are guiding us about limit of billing of job work is 10 lacs for 1 client and max limit for annual year is 40 & 60 lacs. kindly guide your assistance will always be appreciable. As such there is no limit. However, I think you are entitle to get exemption under S.no 30 of the Mega Exemption. Here is the text of the same:
Carrying out an intermediate production process as job work in relation to—
agriculture, printing or textile processing;
