or we have to discard old bill books and to get printed new bill books to start with new serial 01.

New Bill Book with New Serial Numbers
Advisable for "Start with New and Fresh series"
you may continue with previous serial no.
Yes u can start with unique series
You can continue use previous serial number.
My advice you should use Fresh Serial number for genrate of invoice (avoid of any litigations or confusions).
