same bill books of last year can we use in continuation of last bill used 0n 31.03.2018.
or we have to discard old bill books and to get printed new bill books to start with new serial 01.
/01.04.2018.
please clarify as per rule 46.b.

You can continue use previous serial number.

My advice you should use Fresh Serial number for genrate of invoice (avoid of any litigations or confusions).
