mr.x registered gst taxpayer in tamilnadu, he sells goods to mr.y, he belongs Gujarat and he have GSTIN in Gujarat only.
he ordered bill to Gujarat and ship to tamilnadu only.
what will be gst liability CGST,SGST or IGST to Gujarat.
or sale as unregistered person.

Obviously Igst ,cgst. do not post these silly things
You have to charge IGST to Gujarat Customer .
It will be IGST with POS as Gujarat. The POS shifts to the business place of the person you instructs to transfer the goods to third person.
