mr.x registered gst taxpayer in tamilnadu, he sells goods to mr.y, he belongs Gujarat and he have GSTIN in Gujarat only.
he ordered bill to Gujarat and ship to tamilnadu only.
what will be gst liability CGST,SGST or IGST to Gujarat.
or sale as unregistered person.
i need clarification....!
