i am sub contractor taken project of 12lakhs on04-03-2017
and bill tax rate at5%CST and i have taken 10%advance and the company which they have given me the work they are telling as per delivery what taxes applicable we are not responsible for that tax

Anyway, if you do not have any other project in hand, your turnover is much below for GST registration, so no question of GST applicability other than input taxes.
