Bill of supply
Whether URD person should issue bill of supply to Regd person or not?

no urd person can not issue Bill of supply, as per section 31 bill of supply shall issue by registered person and not by unregistered person
then in which format should it be issued?
can issue on any simple bill format
URD dealer can issued bills for simple format.

As per my personal opinion, URG can issue invoice but not issue charge GST in invoice...
