Hey guys

I have an querry regarding the custom

I was checking the bill of lading under which the name of port on which goods are going to unload were mendtioned. but when i checked it was other port on which goods get unload .

So it is allowable under the custom to unload the goods at other then the port which was mentioned in the B\L.

No it is not allowed theoritically but practically it happens often with the permission of commisioner or proper officer

Dear Swati

Look i know it is not allowed to unload to any other port so i have to check the copy of permission from the officer, so is there is any consequenses in ragard to that. and if officer allow for that then he provides copy or via verbly.

Thanks for yours valuable response.
