kya year 21 -22 mein bill book phir GST -1 ya any other se start karni hai ya .vahi contnue rakh sakte hai

The key thing is that the numbers should not repeat within or across financials years

As per Rule 46 of CGST , it' should be unique for Financial Year. MATLAB ki aap koi bill same Fy .ain repeat Nahi Kar saktey, Haan same series & number next Fy phir sey start Kar saktey hain.
