B.SRINIVASULU-9945842240 : Sir, Step 1: From your computer click Start Menu Step 2: From Start Menu go to search Step 3: In search choose All Files and Folders Step 4: Give File name as PKCS Step 5: Click Search Step 6: The File eTpkcs11.dll will be displayed alongwith path Step 7: Please note down the path of the File Step 8: Now again login to Income Tax website Step 9: Choose Efile Income Tax Returns Step 10: Login with your password. Please note that the E-mail ID which you have given should same as given for USB Token Step 11: Go to My Account Step 12: Choose Update Digital Certificate Step 13: Insert your USB Token Step 14: Choose USB Token Step 15: Browse for file path. The path should be as in Step 7 Step 16: Type the password of the Etoken Step 17: A message will be displayed "Certificate Selected Successfully. Please Register to proceed" Step 18: Click Register.
