i want to know, what is the best salary structure for the workers in medium size company where worker turnover ratio is quite high, what is the best structure so that it will be win-win situation for both company and also its employee.
Like, what kind of perks should be given in the name of salary, also considering the PF and ESIC in to account. How can we make the attractive salary structure to develope loyalty in worker.
