Vallecha. You can also take Swapnil Patni (Photocopy)
both books are good.... don't go with Swapnil sirs books... his books are meant for his classes only as he gives noting in those... and we can't understand the notings if we haven't attended the class....

go for institute study material and practice manual .
ICAI study material. All other books present the content in an easy to read format giving charts or mnemonics and in the process omit fewpoints. But to know the ques asked, one needs a scanner too .
