We are doing export of services & physical goods and registered under Central Excise & Service tax. We are currently using ICICI bank and their service is very bad when it comes to providing import/export related documents such as Bank Realization certificates (BRCs). BRCs from over a year are held up due to petty reasons & we are fed up with their poor service. They also hold up the inward remittances for over a week before crediting to our account citing "back-end" problems.
Can anyone suggest a good bank where the import/export documents are issued smoothly such as BRC, FIRC etc? Please suggest based on personal experience or first hand information basis.
