Generally, sangeet kedia books are preferred. Do compilor along with that

I heard about it... And i read module only... I don't have any coaching institute's compilor for practice.. Is sangeet kedia's book contains questions or only summary book

Sangeet kedia contains only summary. So you will have to refer compilor(Reliance or shuchita prakashan ) along with that

@ shah, for company law and ecl, My recommended books will work too.
If you want some interesting book, then. May refer, campany law book by munish bhandari prepared for CA ipcc
