Following are needed to enter in any of the Big4 Firms:

1. Priority is given initially for both groups passed students and in some cases to first group passed students also. You can apply with well-prepared Resume in big4 websites.
2. References of some person who is working in Big4. (Not mandatory, but if known, the application moves faster than others)
3. Good subject knowledge mainly in basic accounting procedures, accounting standards, audit standards, important sections of Tax, Service Tax, and VAT, Companies Act.
4. As there might be group discussion in few firms, you are supposed to have atleast Basic knowledge on current topics like new IndAS standards status, companies bill, GST, XBRL. Because these may be a chance to talk about these in GDs.
5. Knowledge of the firm which you are going for interview and their services and presence.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Communicating the answers in a confident manner.
8. Other general etiquettes.
9. In addition to above, knowledge of MS-Office as mentioned by you.
10. Last but not the least, be prepared your mindset to work for overtime hours as and when needed, bit of work pressure, outstation audits etc.
