Benefit under ESI
If I have branches accross India but taken ESI registration on HO only for all the employees of India then will the employees belong to other states can avail the ESI treatment through their registration numbers issued by HO from the hospitals or doctors available nearby i.e.in their native places? If yes then please refer section or rule under ESI Act 1948.
