A Pvt co has issued shares to a trust in 2008, should the co take declaration with regard to beneficiary interest, if so what is the procedure?

section 89 will govern the declaration of beneficial interest, which provides obtaining SH-4 and SH-5 and filing SH- 6 with ROC.
