Hi friends
Mr. X wants to take a housing loan but he is being asked for ITR for his previous two years.
X has not filed any income tax return for PY 15-16 and 16-17.
what shall he do ?

no way for belated return.. even 6 month gap also required in ITR
so is there any way out by which X can file returns for previous 2 years?
