2. Which IT return should be filed by an educational institution existing solely for educational purposes and not for profit.
No, as the due date for filing of belated/revised return of income for the assessment year 2020-21 extended to May 31, 2021 vide Circular 08/2021, dated 30-04-2021 was over. The return form for non profit organisation claiming exemption u/.s.11 is ITR 7.
