Being a Sole Proprietor (Not a Pvt Ltd) doing export business, Do I need a digital signature by an external CA on the Audit report (if needed to submit the Audit report) which is to be uploaded to MCA portal? Or in the case of 'Proprietor', CA signature is not required?

-- Also, want to confirm that Audit reports are submitted once in a year to MCA portal? Yes/No

-- What is the date when audit reports are submitted to MCA portal?

-- Some people use the term "IT Audit" and "GST Audit", So does this type of audit exist or they are referring a particular type of audit but using the wrong term.

I saw that there could be only the following type of audit:-

1. Statutory Audit

2. Internal Audit

3. Concurrent Audit

4. CAG AUDIT

1. STATUTORY AUDIT AS PER STATUTE.

2. INTERNAL AUDIT AS PER management requirement

-- So all the above types of audit reports are prepared and uploaded to MCA portal or some of them are sent to other governing body ?
