No.13-CA(Exam)/N/2012/III: In partial modification of the Institute’s Notification No. 13-CA(Exam)/N/2012 dated 4^th July, 2012, it is notified for general information that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Final Examination in Paper 8 – Indirect Tax Laws, and the Post Qualification Course(s) Examination(s) in Management Accountancy, Corporate Management, Tax Management, and Insurance and Risk Management, scheduled for 18^th November, 2012, in the Examination Centre(s) in Mumbai [Zone I to Zone XI], Thane, and Panvel was postponed. The Final Examination in Paper 8 – Indirect Tax Laws shall now be held on Tuesday, the 27^th November, 2012 at the same venue and at the same timings, i.e. 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM. Admit Cards already issued would remain valid. As for the Post Qualification Course(s) Examination(s) in Management Accountancy, Corporate Management, Tax Management, and Insurance and Risk Management, the same shall be held on Saturday, the 22^nd December, 2012.

i told u there is nothing to worry for ca final idt exam as it won't be difficult or too easy. it will be a normal idt paper as it is to be chosen out of 3 sets which are already submitted to the institute and will be considered in case of emergency.....

so be calm and relaxed. and prepare for the exams..

The papers are already set long back.

It is not that ICAI is setting a new paper because the exam was postponed in some places.

It is only a matter of making the required number of copies ready.

The paper should pretty much be of the same difficulty level as that of the recently conducted one.

Nothing in this world would be easy. Unless you workhard.

So spend time and try to quote Case Laws to fetch more marks. 25-30 Marks sure shot from that Book.
