Few year back same situation happened with me..

There is a specific form related to additional education.

In that form you have to fill the college timing and that should not clash with articleship timing.

Generally Articleship timing is 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM so you can fill the time accordingly.

for example.
morning session 07:00 AM to 10:15AM
OR
evening Session 05:20PM to 08:30PM

You just need to provide an evidence to that fact that either you're not required to attend the classes or that your class timings doesn't class that of the artiuleship. 

I asked for a declaration from college saying the student need not attend the college. But they provided a no objection declaration sir. Do you really think that will help?

I tried giving such timing but they rejected. Anyways will that no objection declaration accepted by ICAI? Because they actually asked me to get a declaration saying the student need not attend college.

Yes. NOC given by college is acceptable. u should submit it to ICAI

NOC is the declearation by college. that u need not to attend the college.
