i wil be completing my bcom 3rd year in distance mode and ipcc this may before joining articleship...DURING my articleship can i apply for cs by submitting form 112..?or cs will be treated as my 2nd additinal course done during ca and will i face any problem?
Yes, CS will be considered as second additional course as only one course is allowed along with articleship and that too when you have taken permission for it via Form 112.
If you have completed B.Com before starting your articleship, nothing to be done. Now you need to submit Form 112 for pursuing CS.
Yes it is completly legal. Just submit form 112 with 102 & 103.
