yeah..the course is fine for those who just want the BCOM degree and have no other use.....u can purchase the prospectus from any IGNOU Study Circle....as u have passed PCC u can apply for the exams which u can appear after 1 year....there is no date as such...registration is going on throughout the year....as u will register u will get the respective attempt.....for more detail log on to ...www.ignou.ac.in
