Is there any basic threshhold limits (like transaction volume/ value etc....) for applicability of Transfer Pricing norms??

Dear Rishub,
No limit for applicability of TP as it is applicable on EACH & EVERY international transactions between the Associated Enterprises.
However for maintenance of books & records there is a threshold limit of Rs. 1 crore
