- PAN Card
- Aadhar Card/Passport/Voter’s ID Card/Driving License
- Latest Bank Statement/Utility Bill
- Scan copy of Signature (Should Match on PAN Card)
For Proposed Registered Address (Residential/Commercial)
- Any Utility Bill
- Rent Agreement with NOC from Owner/Landlord
Minimum no. Of directors?
MINIMUM DIRECTORS 2
MAXIMUN 15
AND MAY APPOINT MORE THAN 15 BUT NEED SPECIAL RESOLUTION TO BE PASSED
