Can v claim basic exemption when the only source of income is income from horse races, card games, gambling etc.,? is there any rule for adjusting against normal rates of income first and then special rates? similarly can v claim exemption against short term capital gain on which STT has been paid?
Sir, please inform the rebates allowed in computation of salary income in respect of home loan, the maximum limit under section of Income Tax Act.
