 dear all,

please tell me, whether there is any government website for downloading all the bare acts. 

i need specially income tax act, 1961 as amended by finance act 2009.

 can i not download whole act on my computer rather than using internet for each section

The Government of India publishes all the enactments (acts) & laws passed by the Act of Parliament in the official Gazette. All such acts are made available for download by providing a search feature by name or the year in which the law has been passed. The link can be found here.
