Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is required for banquet food bills at a company sales meeting held in a 2-star hotel. The query highlights separate bills for food, accommodation, and liquor, with GST applied to food and accommodation. The core question is about TDS applicability when 'banquet hall charges' aren't explicitly itemised, and the initial response suggests no TDS is needed.

No tds to be deducted.
Sir, what is reason behind No TDS
