BANK VALIDATION ERROR IN ITR FILING

HI ALL,

While filing itr1, it shows VALIDATION ERROR in bank accounts, but upon clicking the concerned error, it shows bank account STATUS as validated .

But neither able to  select that bank account for refund nor remove the accout .

due to this issue, iam unable to file the itr. pls give some solutions.tnx all

I have accounts which was in the removed list in the old portal now in failed bank account. these are closed accounts as old as 2016. They cannot be removed. This year filing returns is a big challenge.

Details- state bank of India (PPF) Account, remark -account blocked, validation done in 2018.Axis Bank remark - Account closed, validation failed in 2016. These accounts cannot be revalidated as they don't exist nor removed as it's not validated. I have not attempted to validated them.

Forget profile validation of bank account! Simply click e-file returns and you can fill in the bank details in the schedule for same.Dont delay!

Thank you for your response. please let me know if I need to validate Post Office Saving account. It does not have IFSC code and does not support Neft or RTGS. Quick revert will be a great help.

I said forget validation.But mention PO savings account in e-file returns form with out IFSC code as you don't have it chk with PO.

I have included interest from post office savings account in my income as it's taxable. Checked with PO they don't have IFSC for POSB account. Since it's not available, I will not be able to validate this account as IFSC is mandatory for validation.

There is some problem with portal, no remark for pan status, aadhar which was linked is shown as not linked. Tried dummy IFSC, the screen is static. This year filing returns is a big challenge. Till yesterday my profile was updated, now it's not.
