Bank guarantors form
if a bank give form to guarantors to be filled by CA and attested by CA.THEN how to give that info if guarantor is new and no itr is filled by it.and if itr is filled by it as salaried person.

What kind of certificate?
You may contact a CA for the certificate. CA will be able to issue the required certificate on the basis of supporting documents.
Are you asking for Net worth certificate??
