When Bank Guarantee was made it was prepared against any Fixed Deposits. So, Now the entry would be:
Bank A/C ...................... Dr.
Fixed Deposit ................ Cr.
Intereset Accrued .......... Cr.
(If FD Interest was booked on yearly basis through 26 AS)
