Yes you can claim bank charges but you cannot claim insurance charges of car or life insurance. All other insurance you can claim.
Any reason we cannot claim car life insurance? or it is monopoly.

The Car insurance will be blocked as per sec 17(5) of CGST act related activity.
You can claim ITC on Bank Charges reflected in your GSTR-2A. However cannot claim ITC on Car Insurance
You can claim ITC on Bank Charges which is reflecting on your GSTR-2A.
As far as Motor Vehicle Insurance Charges is concerned, you cannot claim ITC as it is BLOCKED U/s 17(5) of the CGST Act 2017.
