Technically your firm can get appointment for 2014-15 as you are not at cooling center however, it is subject to requirement and need by banks. There is no compulsion to select auditors from non-cooling centers. Yes all banks have submitted lists of their new & continuing SBA & are waiting for approval of RBI to make allotment of branches.
