For statutory bank audit eligibility norms, refer this revised guideline of RBI, w.e.f the year 2013-14.

CA firms have to fill multipuporpose emanelment form on an institutes website. You may visit www.meficai.org. Thereafter firm which are alloted audits are informed in march end or april beggining regarding details of banks for which audit is alloted. Regarding eligiblity criteria etc you may refer guidlines given above by mr deepak.
