WE FEEL THAT THE MEMBERS OF THE PROFESSION SHOULD NOT BE TOYS IN THE HANDS OF THE B'CACY . SHOULD BE UNANIMUS IN KEEPING AWAY FROM BANK AUDITS UN TILL THE THE REPRESENTATIONS MADE TO RBI / FINANCE MINISTRY IS ACCEPTED

As I understand Chartered means a royal charter granted in recognition of one's professional competence.
