I have Two Savings Bank Account in my own name. And One Savings Bank Account with my Mohter where I am Second Holder and Other with my Aunty where I am in Third Holder. Now when I am submit my ITR all those bank details can submit with ITR or only those account where my name is in First Holder ?
All banks (including joint names) even if you are not first holder.
CBDT has vide Notification No. 41/2015 require an assessee to compulsorily provide details of all bank account held in india(including in joint name) at any time during the financial year 2014-15 including details of those which were closed during the year.
