is there any limit for opening of current bank account by a firm either prop or partnership firm.

There is no such limit, but you have to maintain minimum average monthly balances to avoid charges.
Average monthly balance limit is differ bank to bank.

Every bank have different norms for minimum amount should be maintained in current account.
