Bank a/c not validate but kyc and everything is correct .

Not all the banks are compliant for such validation as on the date...

Your Client receive a mail from IT Department. Kindly check the mail, the reason maybe in the mail.

Only following banks can easily be prevalidated and it can be used for EVC purpose. But other than those following banks it shows only request submitted for a longer period of time. It can't shows as validated.
