no its not ONE. All we know is that one of the ball weighs different, may be more or less than the others.
3 Times...
1) weight 6 ball by 6 ball will find 6 Ball which are bit lighter or heavier balls
2) weight 3 ball by 3 ball will find 3 Ball which are bit lighter or heavier balls
3) So Now we have 3 balls, So Weigth 2 balls of them so find bit lighter or heavier ball,if both are same then 3rd ball is lighter or heavier.
