Sir

I have filed itr 4 but not have filed balance sheet as  I will not have assets and liabilities I have filed p&l account but I received a notice to file balance sheet and p&l account. Is it necessary to file balance sheet for legal profession if so please guide me in preparation of balance sheet

For legal profession, maintainance of books of accounts has been mandatory, Must submit Balance sheet, as per maintained books.
