What is uses of that finance amount and why it's taken...?

If the finance loan taken from Business account (like your business as company, firm) then You can claim ITC...

actually what happen im retailer apollo tyre one x customer purchas tyre by through bajaj finance then payemnt trf bajaj to me and emi paid customer that time bajaj finance gstr1 return filed my gst no.against so i can claim itc

If it's not for you then You can't claim ITC.

As far as my view ,working of Bajaj finance is :
Retailer Raised bill to Customer & the payment received by retailer is from Bajaj Finance on behalf of Customer.
So in this case Finance company do raise any Bill. ..... Yes there might be some commission or fee being charged by finamce company from retailer , that might be reflected in 2A of Retailer & for that you can claim ITC

Yes... The Finance company issued invoices to retailer for the Commission then Retard can claim such ITC...
But Not on Customers bill.
