Try out the following (If the bad sectors are in the drive in which you have your OS installed)
inany other cases you can use kasuhik's wayout.....
1. Insert Windows Operating System Bootable Cd and restart your PC
2. press any key....(try avioding pressing of "enter") when it asks to boot from cd "Press any Key to Boot from CD)
3. Let it Check now your windows file.....
4. After Sometime you will be able to see a Screen on which you will be asked 3-4 questions like what you want to do

a). To install a fresh copy press Esc

5. You just need to go for the Repair section (might be it will work after presing thr "R" button on the aforesaid screen)
6. You will be redirected to command prompt.....
7. donot initiate or press any button untill you r asked to choose d version nd no of window u r going to repair

1. C:Windows
2. D: Windows(if there is any OS installed on drive D:)
8. you just need to press the no.
for e.g. if yu have your OS installed on C: drive Just press "1" and hit enter
9. type " chkdsk<space>/r" (without " " and ofcourse with space(do not type space just press the space button and / ) and hit enter
10. when it finished checking restart ypour pc by typing "restart"
11. all done ...congarts.......!!! you are left with no bad sectors :)...100% asured.....
