BAD NEWS TO CA ARTICLE

Inert president is better than zealous fanatic...

From my limited information, this person is worse than UPA... He will target exams also...

I had heard that if he became president, he would increase minimum pass marks as well... he had threatened students that they would be lucky if they cleared before he became prez.

"No news is good news."

Somehow I always knew that the no-transfer rule won't be revoked. Rules like this win votes and students don't vote.

I'm not bothered about the raising of pass marks. If pass marks are raised, then they're raised for everyone. So let's say 5% of the top students passed previously, then they will continue to pass even after pass marks are raised.

I had not accessed icai website for a day or two. when i directly logged on to caclub forum and saw the title of this post; i immediately felt empty in my stomach and started feeling goosebumps.

thanl god, that till now no new rules has been made. i just hope at leat e-diary isnt implemented

i think there should be some freedom for the articles and not to ruin there future by implementing those strict rules(termination). This will effect the independence of an article assisstant.

some principals exploits there articles and make them work for midnights during audit season.

also the stipend should be increased beacuse in now days even peon gets more than us.

so i want to request Mr. Amarjeet Chopra Hon'ble President ICAI to be with the articles also.
