Module is enough for law subject, but the main problem in module is that every section is not given in continuity. So, I suggest u that u can refer book of M.P Vijaykumar of Snow white publication. i am also Law studying from this book. i think this is best for Law.

Go through a scanner which will give you the important areas to be focussed... based on that you can start preparation.

Refer not more than ONE book

i beleive reading mp vijay kumar's book would be the best option.

As what you have written G.K.Kapoor is better option for Negotiable & Contract  Act only,rest of the Act you can opt for Module-as module is too vast for those two Acts....As far as what you have you learnt in Graduation Course is not enough for PCC -though the base is same...As far Scanner are concerned-you go for Compilation by Suchita Prakashan-its the best one which will lead to you for better preparation-as it includes all past question papers along with percentage weitage for all chapters.......

hi preeti , for law subject module is sufficient but in module the pure law language u can't understand some section.... i thing fr law book munish bhandari and naulakha is best for pcc i am also read this books in my pe2 exam.... the patteren of bcom. and ca is different,,,,, if u see scanner the all question are on case basis in becom the all question are on theoritical based.... so u restudeis d company act and contract act.. in ca this is very high marks act so in ca exams u don't want to craming but u hv to knw the treatment of sectionss....... bst of luk biiiii

As far as law is concerned, i suggest u concentrate on company law,POBA,POGA,PF n allied chapters coz it carries more weightage..don't spend too much time on Contract act coz there's lots to study but less weightage..n buy M.P.Vijaykumar coz it wil take a while to decipher law from the module..

take Munish Bhandari law book ,it is in tabular form.

go in for super scanner(shuchita prakashan) also
