For B2C invoice you can raise single invoice in day end for lesser amounts.

According to gst rules, invoices should be raised at time of supply whether B2B or B2C when customer purchases the goods. So for each customer you need to give invoice.
Therefore you can't consolidated all the sales in single bill.
